"Dz": Government to return 20 billion zl to private owners
In November a governmental draft of the reprivatization act will be presented to the Sejm. It intends to return 20% of lost property to the owners. The compensation, however, will be paid by instalments within a period of 10-20 years, "Dziennik" reports.
