GENEATRANSLAT never charge the beneficiaries with any fees upfront.

All costs of genealogical research and probate are paid by the Office from its own funds.

Beneficiaries do not participate in any costs relating to probate.

Even if you should not be declared as a beneficiary, you will not be make liable for our costs in any way.

Our fee is due only when we are successful with your claim and you receive your share.

GENEATRANSLAT handles estate matters on its own risk. It means that our fee is due solely and exclusively when your rights to share in the estate will be confirmed and you receive your money. Our agreement defines our fee as a percentage of the amount you inherit. This amount will be deducted directly from the assets and passed to us by the estate administrator.
