Based upon our knowledge of estate law regulations in different countries we determine who is entitled to inherit. Then we start genealogical research intended to locate possible beneficiaries.

If you have been contacted by us it means that we think you may be entitled to a share of an estate we are just handling. In such a case our representative will offer you to sign an agreement upon which GENEATRANSLAT will be committed to provide you with information about your entitlement to share in the estate and to probate it on your behalf.

GENEATRANSLAT will take care of determining who is entitled to inherit, obtain the full necessary documentation, deliver translations and have the documentation legalized. The office also will prepare a proper affidavit of heirship confirming the conducted genealogical research.

GENEATRANSLAT does not charge any upfront fees. All costs are paid by the office until the probate is finished.
